Looking for Feedback!....Dance Program
Hey BAC members!
Just a note from me, Caitlin....
I want to create a Dance Program/Dance Boot Camp (whatever you would call it), maybe once or twice a week for 2-4 weeks, where we would learn one dance to one song (it would be much more intricate than my Zumba dances)
Looking for feedback....what do you think??
New Muay Thai Program
You will learn a sound foundation of punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes in a non-contact class emphasizing correct technique and developing specific core strength, balance and explosiveness.
Our classes will cover the development of basic skills with proper form so that your punches and kicks have real power and that you don’t injure yourself. Thai pads and focus mitts will be held for you and the mechanics of each strike will be corrected.
We will warm up and stretch together as a group and incorporate core stability and power exercises into our routines. Drills will reinforce the retention of skills learned and improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular efficiency. As our course progresses the intensity will increase – we will start conditioning the same way professional fighters do.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-9:15pm beginning Tues May 12th
If you would like to get started sooner, please contact Jason
The cost for 12 sessions is $180
Please see the front desk to reserve your spot
For further information please call Jason at 617 543 9285

We would like to introduce to you Phoebe Flemming, who is a dietician that will now be part of the Boston Athletic Club team.
Phoebe K. Flemming is a Registered Dietitian with a strong background in individual counseling and group nutrition education and wellness. She understands how difficult it can be to stay healthy and fit every day. She graduated from the University of Vermont and did her graduate work at Bowling Green State University. While Phoebe has a strong clinical background, she strives to help people fit health and nutrition into their daily lives with as much ease as possible. She has come to the Boston Athletic Club to share her expertise and her passion for health and vitality. Phoebe has a love for the outdoors and wholesome food and loves to garden and cook fresh and local cuisine. She loves to spend time with her Jack Russell Terriers; hiking, running, and snowshoeing when she can.
