Hope you're staying warm!! Just wanted to let everyone know our new Group Exercise Schedule started on Monday!......we now have 3 group exercise studios to program in, so we were able to add more classes to this schedule!
Come try out Hip Hop Cardio, Cardio Sculpt and Yogalates...some of the new classes on the schedule!
