New Group Exercise Schedule
Hey All!
Hope you're staying warm!! Just wanted to let everyone know our new Group Exercise Schedule started on Monday!......we now have 3 group exercise studios to program in, so we were able to add more classes to this schedule!
Come try out Hip Hop Cardio, Cardio Sculpt and Yogalates...some of the new classes on the schedule!
As always, feedback is always welcome!!!!!!!!!

Group Exercise MADNESS!!!
Sunday September 27th we will be holding EXTREME X and ZUMBA up on the basketball court!
With all that space to use, we are opening up these classes to ALL members....and members may bring in a FREE guest to try out class with them!
